This holiday villa is located in Establiments, a residential district situated on the north side of Palma de Mallorca. There is a short bus ride into Palma centre and easy access to the Tramuntana Mountain Range.

The villa with modern design; it has 12 lovely rooms with individual bathrooms. 8 bedrooms with a double bed of 140cm, 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 160cm. Bathroom with shower, sofa, hairdryer, Smart TV with satellite connection, Netflix, toilet set, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating unit, towels and bed linen.
